Upcoming PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Dates and Locations
Accredited by the APM Group, the 5-day Foundation and Practitioner training event combines theory and practice, working around a case study to establish a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology. This workshop is divided into two modules: Firstly a 3-day Foundation Course providing a solid understanding of the scope, content, terminology and processes of PRINCE2 and resulting in participants taking the Foundation Examination on the final day. Secondly, a 2-day Practitioner Course, allowing delegates the opportunity to gain a wider understand of the application of PRINCE2 in a Project context by discussing and practicing the application of these skills in a facilitated environment. This 2-day event provides the opportunity for participants to take the Practitioner Examination.

The Foundation is the first of the two PRINCE2 Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner. This level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2. You need 35 marks to pass this exam (out of 70 available).

Upcoming PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam Dates and Locations
This level is aiming to measure whether a candidate could apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a non-complex project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. To this end they need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification, and show that they can apply and tailor PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a given project scenario. The exam is open-book (only the PRINCE2 Manual is allowed) and has a pass mark of 55% (59/ 108).
