PRINCE2 Practitioner provides you with everything you need to know to apply the PRINCE2 methodology effectively to the way you manage your projects. Our classroom courses give you the opportunity to learn from, and engage with, trainers who are passionate and knowledgeable about their field.

AXELOS (the PRINCE2 accrediting body) has officially changed the name of ‘PRINCE2 2017’ to ‘PRINCE2 6th edition’. The qualification itself has not changed, and still conforms to the 2017 syllabus.

Our accredited three day PRINCE2 Practitioner classroom course fully prepares you for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination. The examination measures whether a candidate can demonstrate sufficient ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project. This course conforms to the 6th Edition syllabus.

In this training course you will deepen your practical application knowledge of PRINCE2.

For maximum practical relevance, you will work in project teams on a real scenario. You will experience the PRINCE2 principles, roles and functions up close, and learn to adapt the method to your project environment. In addition, you will be taught how to implement what you know into everyday project work.

Prüfungsinformationen

Exams are taken online via remote proctor through an external examiner, and you are responsible for booking your own exam. You will be sent your exam voucher via email once your course has started, so that you can schedule the exam at a time that suits you. Your exam voucher is valid for one year. Recertification: This certification has a renew within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

Objective testing
68 questions
Open book (official PRINCE2 manual only)
55% pass mark (38/68)

In order to sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:

PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher) - this only applies to certificates obtained after 1 January 2009
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
Project Management Professional (PMP)®
IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)
Project Management Qualification (PMQ)

Wie groß muss ein Projekt sein, damit PRINCE2 angewandt werden kann?

Welche Qualifikationen bietet PRINCE2 und was lerne ich?

Durch die PRINCE2 Foundation-Qualifikation lernen Sie die PRINCE2 Prinzipien und die Terminologie kennen; nach der Qualifikation sind Sie in der Lage PRINCE2 anzuwenden – als fachkundiges Mitglied eines Teams, das die PRINCE2 Methodik innerhalb einer Projektumgebung nutzt.Durch die PRINCE2 Practitioner-Qualifikation lernen Sie, PRINCE2 bei der Durchführung und dem Management eines Projekts innerhalb einer Umgebung, die PRINCE2 unterstützt, anzuwenden. Nach der Qualifikation sind Sie in der Lage, PRINCE2 entsprechend der Anforderungen und Probleme eines spezifischen Projektszenarios anzuwenden und zu modifizieren. Der PRINCE2® Prüfungsausschuss hat bestimmt, dass sich alle PRINCE2 Practitioner innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Jahren nach ihrer ursprünglichen Zertifizierung neuregistrieren lassen müssen (das Nichtbestehen der Re-Registration-Prüfung nach fünf Kalenderjahren als Registered Practitioner führt zu einer Aberkennung der Registrierung).
