The PRINCE2 Maturity Model (P2MM) is a standard which provides a framework with which organizations can assess their current adoption of the PRINCE2 project management method. P2MM is derived from the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3).

The latest version of the P2MM has been aligned with Office of Government Commerce (OGC)’s PjM3: the project sub-model of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3).
