Benchmarking project management capability against the PRINCE2™ Maturity Model (P2MM) demonstrates the organisational improvements delivered by our Implementing PRINCE2™ for Real™ programme.

The P2MM is very similar to the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) but consists of only three levels. It is designed to assess how an organisation can implement and use PRINCE2 shifting the implementation focus from the individual to the organisation.
