Booking onto the course and all the admin from that point was seamless. The trainer was excellent, providing real life examples of how to apply PRINCE2 in the real world.

I'm constantly getting spammed with emails about discounts on the price of the course I have just sat. Sometimes this is a number of emails per week. If I've passed the course, I don't want to do it again. It's putting me off enrolling with ilx to do any more. Tell me specials on other courses for the next development step!
I wasn't always comfortable with the Facilitator and the fact that he allowed the group to go completely off track discussing irrelevant topics, as we had such a lot to cover in a relatively short time period this caused us to skim over important information.
I would have liked the facilitator to be more upbeat and engaging. There was a lot to cover and therefore bringing it to life would have helped retain some of the information.
The trainer was very experienced and easy to understand. Learnt a lot of things and enjoyed the course.
I found the trainer for my course, Victor to be excellent. He was very engaging and was able to keep with focus in the room throughout the entire week. I found the pre-work a little hard to understand and some of the documents were not labeled or structured in a chronological order. Otherwise I would highly recommend this course.
The course tutor (Karen) was passionate about her subject which came through in her teaching. She utilised real world examples (such as fitting a kitchen or creating a cake) to make PRINCE2 processes easier to understand. I would highly recommend to anyone considering studying for PRINCE2
I found the course to be very informative however I really struggled with having to sit and listen for 5 days straight. I would have really benefited by doing a lot more hands on activities and putting the learning into practice.
I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to understand running projects, I attended two separate weeks to complete the full qualification and both times the trainers were fantastic. I would suggest that it would be better to complete the course in a one week stint rather than going back to do the second part but I surprised myself and passed - recapping before the class was 100% worth it.
training delivery was excellent and that made all the difference, however I signed up for the prince2 foundation and practitioner course in February, did the online tutorial (which is very simple compared to the real exam), and was told I will receive my reading material on the first day, which was true, but I had 3 days to read and memorize 300 page book, and 200 page handout material to sit for the foundation exam, and an extra 2 days for practitioner exam!!!! when I asked why i was only given material on the start day I was told, because people don't read the material even if you give it ahead of time. . . that's not my problem . . .

The course itself was excellent. I had some issues with the paperwork and your partner as responded to their request but they did not acknowledge it and then chased me for the information.
