Course was re-scheduled several times meaning a 3-4 month delay
Deliverd in comfortable premises at a good pace, with knowlegable instruction.
The training and course subject matter were excellent. Just one point though....the time for the Practitioner course was too short for 16 people. Not enough time available for questions and the course material itself. The trainer kept telling us that he was running out of time and could answer all of your questions. In future, I suggest that you keep the numbers to 12 maximum; 10 would be ideal - or run the course for additional half a day. Regards, Andrew Boden
On the whole good. I was concerned that I had not been informed of the change of venue for my exam and workshop. This was poor communication on ILX's part.
A good trainer who made a dry topic enjoyable.

The communications before hand were clear and easy to follow, though I did think the course itself would be in a different location (as listed on the website by Morgate station - perhaps this is the HO instead?). once I had chased the course material this was sent out very quickly (even though this was the fault of internal sign off on the invoice my side!).
I honestly can't remember the service as this was booked about 6 months ago.
Some initial problems in recieving course material in a timely way but course delivery was excellent and the tutor, Bill, made the subject matter enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Booking was simple. When my address changed between booking the course and attending, updating my details with ILX to ensure that I received my pre-course materials to the correct location was easy to do and worked well.
Good trainer, however referred to acronyms they used earlier in the previous course for foundation, that I wasn't on.
Good. I passed.

We fell for rather high pressure salesman without thinking through what we wantedproperly so have spent an huge amount of money on a product whcih turned out to be only for one year of training Altogether an harsh learning experience as we were not able to renegotiate the contract despite being a charity
