I cannot rate excellent, since there is still an open issue (wrong spelling of my last Name on certificate)
Loved the trainer - she was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and taught me in a way that made sense.
I had repeated scheduling difficulties due to family illness and ILX went well beyond what I had any right to expect to accommodate me.
At all times I was very happy with the contacts I dealt with who were courteous and professional.
Materials and course CD were excellent, making learning fun and painless

Easy to navigate the website to review materials and book courses/exam dates. Quality of training materials was excellent and proved to be a very effective means of education. Good for me - good for the project management profession !!
Very helpful service. The CD Practitioner course contains some glitches and usability issues.
The course in itself was really good. From the excellent lecturer - Jenny Bishop, to great facilities, good location and friendly staff. The only let down was the handling of the course booking by the admin team and very late arrival ( 2 days before the course start) of the books.

Excellent online course, well presented and was a principal reason for my success in passing first time.
However the exam adjudicator turned up late on the foundation exam and then talked unnecessarily for some time, resulting in a delay of over half an hour in starting from the advertised start time. Since my car was on a meter outside, I then had to leave the exam early.
The only reason I didn't tick excellent is because the training room itself was an inner room with now windows - some day light would have been good.
The pace was too fast - too much content was covered in too little time. Otherwise excellent.
The e-learning provided by ILX was some of the best I have used
Good response when I had queries regarding the products or had to re-schedule my course.
