Teaching classroom was modern, light and roomy. Entranceway and stairwells were rather shabby, however.
I haven't received my official certificate and it's been over three months since I completed the course so that's not acceptable. The person who tutored the course is following it up on my behalf but it hasn't been successful so far.
Pre-course information wasn't completely clear as to what we required in preparation for the course.

From beginning to end the communication pre, during and post training was impressive. The course instructor was extremely knowledgable.
I was particularly impressed with our tutor. I think her name was Jennifer Bishop. Very knowledgeable and she was able to communicate in a way that made the learning more straight forward.
Well organised. Excellent teacher.
