The venue was a bit shoddy with toilet roll running out by the afternoon. I really don't like this thing with the e-certificate and secret passwords. I just want a proper certificate.
I booked two people on the course separately and the second person seemed to get missed off the list and I had to request the pre-course work. Note that we had paid for and received invoices (separate) for each delegate.
Good service and meterial. However, for some reason I was not waare before the day of the format of the exam to be taken and so was not prepaired for the quetions where two parts needed to be correct to get a mark. I don't think this was covered in the pre course revision work that I took online. This made the exam workshop more stressful than it should have been.
Disk for online learning didn't work properly, so I spent a couple of weeks with Technical Support trying to resolve this.
Good structure, excellent trainer. I did leave feedback immediately after the course (which was 4 months ago now) - so being asked twice and for the second request to be 4 months after the course does not leave a great impression.
The administration of the course before I atteneded was not great - I was sent the wrong location details and had to make several phone calls to resolve the issue. After the course it was fine.
I thought the service was good. Even when I noticed that I had not been sent confirmation of the course I had requested, this was dealt with promptly and courteously by staff. The facilities at the London classroon site were also good and it was easy to find from the tube station using the information provided by ILX.
Generally everything was fine and I was impressed that there was decaf tea available and with the variety of food we had for lunch.

The course was well-organized. Materials were delivered in good time and communications were smooth. I am interested in a follow-up course and intend to do it with ILX later this year.
Communications and organisation were great, I knew where I had to be and when in plenty of time and my study materials arrived with plenty of preparation time. Customer Services were quick to reply with any questions.
The training room could have been better set out
I booked my course via ILX's website at a particular date and location that suited my needs. Later on, when confirm my booking, I was told that the course I had been offered on the website wasn't actually available and I had to accept a different date and a different location (both inconvenient). When I complained about this I was met with complete indifference and was just told that "there was a problem with the website". In addition, when I received the information pack, the location of the course shown on it was yet a different one, not what I was told when confirming over the phone! I found ILX's approach to bookings rather shambolic and unprofessional.
