We fell for rather high pressure salesman without thinking through what we wantedproperly so have spent an huge amount of money on a product whcih turned out to be only for one year of training Altogether an harsh learning experience as we were not able to renegotiate the contract despite being a charity

Initial sales guy, Tom, was great. The course materials were pretty good, not as good as the Cisco material but did the job well. The course was fantastic, Peter was an excellent, outstanding instructor.

I would have given a higher score, but given I received no notification of an address change and missed the introductions and the first hour of the course. Scrambling around central London lugging a heavy suitcase is no fun.
The tutor was very good - explained points well and was prepared to answer any questions.
The e-learning was o.k. The excercises didn't reflect the exam style closely - however, it was close enough to develop the technique. What was missing was the exhaution factor of doing the exam at the end of two intense days.
