I thought the pre-course organisation was ok although clarification of details by email could have been improved. I sent about three emails to ensure my change of job and email contacts had been received and didn't cause any problems following my completion of Foundation and then subsequent enrolment in Practitioner. Aside from that the communication about the training course was great.

It took very long time to register for the final online exam without receiving any feedback.
If issues with the confirmation emails ending up in company spam folders are knows they should be highlighted in the beginning
I have taken all my qualifications with ILX and I have always found them to be very good and thorough.
