The rating is awarded for the faulty towers service of Wigram Manor. This location should not be used, summer or winter. The main issue was the unacceptable aspect of no/minimal heating in winter months. Given such blatent disregard for the health and comfort of course attendees this location has proved it is not a location fit for purpose.
Presenter was excellent
Pre course work arrived late
all email queries were answered quickly. The materials for foundation and practitioner should be send together at the beginning as we were not given the practitioner materials until we started this so could do no pre-work.

The service leading up the course (booking, etc) was excellent - with great support and guidance from Lauren Tudor. The actual delivery of the course was absolutely brilliant. The trainer, Bill Smith, proved himself not only knowledgeable, but also extremely engaging and he made the week-long sessions enjoyable - which is saying a lot, considering the dry nature of the material. I would recommend ILX training, and in particular, Bill Smith, to anyone!

Poor choice of venue for Christchurch workshop. Venue was in far west side of city, should have been more central. Venue was also poorly heated. I was also told I would have access to the PRINCE2 e-learning facility for four weeks before the workshop, and that details for this would be sent to me, but this never occured.
Excellent communications with regards to bookings and any queries I had.
Course tutor was really knowledgeable and covered everything really well. It is a very intensive course, so a lot to get through. However, her delivery was fairly flat and indicative of someone who has delivered the same message a lot of times....
