training delivery was excellent and that made all the difference, however I signed up for the prince2 foundation and practitioner course in February, did the online tutorial (which is very simple compared to the real exam), and was told I will receive my reading material on the first day, which was true, but I had 3 days to read and memorize 300 page book, and 200 page handout material to sit for the foundation exam, and an extra 2 days for practitioner exam!!!! when I asked why i was only given material on the start day I was told, because people don't read the material even if you give it ahead of time. . . that's not my problem . . .

Good Location, good tuition. However, the course that I originally booked on was cancelled and re-arranged, and it appeared as though the information on the first booking was not transferred to the second. The pre-course documentation did not turn up until the Thursday before the course began, even though it stated I should have had this material at least 2 weeks before the course to allow sufficient time for study.
Communication from initially signing up to the course was great. Very informative.
Preparation for the exams was excellent, ensuring a high likelihood of passing and passing well. I would have liked to have seen more discussion about how to implement into day to day work, which would have potentially helped actualise the learnings some more. I do however appreciate that his may not have been practical given the disparate nature of attendees which may have impacted on this exercise.

I never received any emails regarding my course - no details on where to go for the course, no email to register for the exam with PeopleCert, etc. Multiple calls and emails to the service team to try an fix this but no luck.
The people at ILX were very helpful, especially Debra Groom. She would always follow up with any of my queries fairly quickly and was a delight to talk to. Thanks!!
I felt some of the students were not responsive to learning new things and the presenter came across as aggressive and rude to people asking questions at times. Having said that, it was thoroughly presented and worth while. Thanks
I only undertook the practitioner course as I had completed the foundation 18 months ago. In the practitioner course, I feel I was taught to pass the exam rather than developing any deeper knowledge of PRINCE2 project management.
