Training is an investment in your future, so we aim to make it easier for you to get started. We offer a variety of flexible payment options, designed to suit different needs and budgets. 

Splitit

Splitit’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” service allows you to break down the cost of your course into three, six or 12 interest-free monthly payments.  

Simply choose ‘Pay with Splitit’ at the checkout, fill out the quick application, and Splitit will confirm that your credit card has the necessary purchase limit (minimum €1,165). Please note that Splitit is not currently available for debit cards. 

What happens following my application?

Once your application is approved, we’ll confirm your booking details via email. You’ll also receive access to the Splitit portal where you can monitor and manage your instalments. If your application is unsuccessful, you will be asked to select an alternative payment method.  

How does the instalment plan work?

The total cost of the course is authorised on your credit card, with the first instalment being charged immediately. The outstanding balance is pre-authorised as a hold on your credit card, with 

instalments being taken on the same date each month and appearing as individual payments on your statement.  

What are the eligibility requirements?

To use this service, you’ll need a Mastercard or Visa credit card with enough available limit to cover the full value of your booking. There’s no advance sign-up required - an account is automatically created for you once your payment plan begins.

Funding providers

PRINCE2.com works closely with a variety of funding bodies. We support learners using the MOD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCAS), designed for serving and ex-Armed Forces personnel, as well as the ReAct programme, which offers training support to those who have been made redundant. How can I request a refund?

If you think you’re entitled to a refund, please email our support team at contactus@ilxgroup.com and they’ll guide you through the process. 

Can I spread the cost of my course?

Yes, you can spread payments in two ways: PayPal’s ‘pay in 3’, available on orders up to £2,000, or Splitit, which lets you split the cost over three, six or 12 months for bookings above £1,000. 

Do you accept payment in local currencies?

Yes, you can pay in local currency through our regional websites, making it straightforward no matter where you’re based. 

Is employer sponsorship accepted?

Yes, many learners have their training funded by their employer. Once approval is in place, please share your organisation’s billing details with us and our finance team will manage the payment.
