What are the entry requirements for the MSP Practitioner course?
To take the MSP Practitioner exam you must already hold a valid MSP Foundation certification. This ensures you have the essential grounding needed before progressing to the higher-level Practitioner stage.
Does the MSP Practitioner certification need renewing?
Yes. Practitioner status is valid for three years from the date it is awarded. To stay current, you’ll need to recertify. PeopleCert provides several renewal options, which you can explore on their website.
How long does it take to finish the Practitioner course?
The classroom and live virtual classroom study options each run over two days. The eLearning option takes around 24 hours to complete. Whichever you choose, you’ll have 12 months from purchase to sit the exam.
What should I expect from the MSP Practitioner exam?
The exam is multiple choice and open book, lasting 150 minutes. There are 70 questions in total, and you’ll need to score at least 42 correct answers (60%) to receive your MSC Practitioner certification.
