When it’s time to book your exam, follow these quick and easy steps. We’ll show you how to access the PeopleCert portal, then select a time and date that works for you.
Your exam will need to be booked directly on the PeopleCert website. Once you have chosen and purchased one of our PRINCE2.com courses, we will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your PeopleCert portal login details. Once this has been set up, you can book your exam for a date and time that suits you.
All exams must be taken online via remote proctor, and for open book exams you can only use the official manual.

How long does my PeopleCert exam voucher remain valid?
PeopleCert vouchers typically last for 12 months. Contact exambookings@ilxgroup.com if you’d like us to confirm the expiry details for your specific exam.
Can I change the time of my exam after booking?
Yes, PeopleCert will allow you to reschedule your exam until up to 48 hours before your booked slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel after this point there may be an additional fee incurred.
Rescheduling or cancelling your exam will also need to be done directly through the PeopleCert portal. However, if you need any assistance please get in touch and our team will be happy to advise on the process.
What should I do if I don’t receive any communications from PeopleCert following my training purchase?
If you don’t receive an email from PeopleCert directly following your purchase, we would first recommend checking any junk or quarantine folders to confirm this hasn’t been blocked from your inbox. If the email hasn’t been filtered out this way, please get in touch via email at contactus@ilxgroup.com with your full name, registered email, and course details. We will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
