• eLearning licences are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. If you do not complete your accreditation in this period, any extension to your licence period will be payable at the RRP.
• Exams and digital manuals (e-books) are only included in the cost of an eLearning course where explicitly stated (VAT not included).
• Classroom and live virtual classroom course prices include all relevant exams.
• A digital copy of the official manual (an e-book) is included in the cost of all Foundation and Foundation & Practitioner live virtual classroom courses.
• A physical copy of the official manual is included in the cost of all Foundation and Foundation & Practitioner classroom courses.
• Manuals are not included in the price of Practitioner-only courses but are available as optional extras to purchase.
• eLearning licences are non-transferable.
