What is PRINCE2® 7?

Die 7. Auflage, die im September 2023 veröffentlicht wurde, stellt eine Weiterentwicklung dieser Methode dar und bringt neue Elemente in die Anleitung ein, darunter ein 'People Integrated Element', das neben den etablierten Prinzipien, Praktiken, Prozessen und Projektumgebungen zum Einsatz kommt. Zusätzlich wurden vier neue Managementprodukte eingeführt, die Aspekte wie Veränderungsmanagement, kommerzielle Angelegenheiten, Daten und Nachhaltigkeit abdecken.
