Trainer was late for our training, but CEO offered very compensate alternatives. Also Customer Services Manager was there the night just came to apologise, it really shows how important ILX group treats customer service.
The presenter did an excellent job in delivering the course content, with meaning and purpose.
very good organised. Learning material was delivered 2 weeks before the course started for preparation. That was very helpful.

The elearning part is great and the class was really great ! I particularly enjoyed the game part.
As an improvement, I would say that it would be nice to have the explanation of a wrong answer in the game already showing as a pop up. Right now, the user needs to go to the reference in the book and it is not really helpful for the foundation exam as we cannot use the book.
