PRINCE2® 7 Foundation (Engels) Klassikaal

By the end of the Foundation course you will:

• Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2
• Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
• Understand the importance of people insuccessful projects
• Understand the PRINCE2 practices and how they are applied throughout the project
• Understand the PRINCE2 processes and how they are carried out throughout the project

This course includes:

• Officially accredited training materials (digital copy)
• The official PRINCE2 manual (ebook)
• The PRINCE2 Foundation exam (valid for 12 months from date of purchase)

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will need to register on the Peoplecert portal, and once registered, you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. Recertification: This certification has to be renewed within three years of certification to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

Examenformat

The format of the PRINCE2 7 Foundation exam is:

• Multiple choice
• 60 minutes in duration
• Closed book
• 60% pass mark (36/60)

• Other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including:
  • Project board members (e.g. senior responsible owners)
  • Team managers (e.g. product delivery managers)
  • Project assurance (e.g. business change analysts)

  • Operational line managers/staff

There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Foundation course.
