PRINCE2^® 7 is the latest update to the well-known project management framework, which launched in September 2023.

The Foundation course is the entry level certification and will teach you the theory of the PRINCE2 methodology so that you can learn to effectively manage a project. With the classroom course you will learn directly from our skilled trainers in a face-to-face environment.

The training for this course will be in Dutch, but the exam and training materials are currently in English.

Over de cursus

PRINCE2 is a method for managing projects. It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for. This course follows the PRINCE2 7 syllabus and will prepare you for the PRINCE2 7 Foundation exam, which will be taken online via remote proctor at a time of your choosing.

Duur

This course consists of two days of lessons, one week apart.

Exams are taken online via remote proctor, at a date of your choice.

By the end of the Foundation course you will:

Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2
Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
Understand the importance of people insuccessful projects
Understand the PRINCE2 practices and how they are applied throughout the project
Understand the PRINCE2 processes and how they are carried out throughout the project

Exameninformatie

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will need to register on the Peoplecert portal, and once registered, you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. Recertification: This certification has to be renewed within three years of certification to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

The format of the PRINCE2 7 Foundation exam is:

Multiple choice
60 minutes in duration
Closed book
60% pass mark (36/60)
