Loved the detail in the pack sent out prior the course, great level of information, all that was needed for the course was provided. Had a change of date which ILX sorted for me promptly and the staff over the phone were extremely helpful and polite. The venue was excellent and the trainer Steve Boronski made the course enjoyable, educational and was a credit to the company. Would highly recommend ILX to friends and colleagues.

Trainer is knowledgeable on Prince 2 topic and explained a lot of exam techniques. However the venue is the downside as it is fully occupied and unable for trainer to post the poster to explain concepts.

Lack of communicatiion was poor as regards course venue accommodation rates & confirmed booking of course, this needs to be confirmed earlier so participants can arrange rooms etc.
Suggestion: For successfull candidates, please print and send across these certificates to candidates as we are paying a lot and this small hassle for candidates can be avoided.
Very helpful service from information gathering on my part to booking the desired course. Jody was very helpful and swift to respond to any queries I had regarding the course. Pre course work was sent out in good time providing me with plenty of time to complete.
