Excellent service
I really struggled with the online learning part. I found I absorbed it much better by just reading the books. The exam simulators were useful though.
People at ILX were very helpful and willing to be of service at all times. The only downside was a bit of a confusion regarding my registration, but it was easily worked out.
Efficient
ILX has been accomodating with my busy schedule and this was appreciated. The course was well structured, and the instructor was fantastic!

I did not receive a book until the last day. After repeatedly trying to follow it up, and being told it was going to arrive on the first day, and then the second day, it finally arrived on the last day.... Right before the exam.

i went to book my exam and there were none before the expiry of my course. the customer service team arranged for me to have it extended for a week or so, so i could go tot the course
I appreciated the timely communication of directions of the course location and the receipt of materials via post. The facilities of the course location well exceeded my expectations and we were well looked after by Saxons.

Our trainer, Brendan was fantastic. Not only did he know the course thoroughly, he was a great communicator and always gave ‘real world' examples. Also, we had quite a variety of people and personalities in our group, but he always kept respectful control of the group.
The course in which I enrolled met my needs
I wasn't sent the details of my booking until I called a couple of days before the workshop and it seemed that I hadn't been booked on even though I had a confirmation of payment and the date. The lady I spoke to however was very helpful and immediately sorted the situation out.
