The lessons were very informative, and the trainer, was fantastic.
I didnt realise there was an app and would have liked to use that to prepare. Also, more snacks would have been appreciated - fruit and savoury stuff as well as biscuits.
Overall a really great teaching/learning experience. I only picked 'good' because the pre-course customer service was a little poor. I had to push the staff to send out the prep material for the exams more than the prescribed 3 weeks before the course, only to then realise that I didn't receive all the information. I didn't receive any prep material for the practitioner course which, I feel, put me at a sever disadvantage.

The course trainer. He made it fun and funny, relating all subjects to understandable examples. I felt I learnt a lot and he was available for questions at all times.
The course which was run by Kevin was excellent.
Location was convenient for me. The training room, facilities and refreshments were all good.

The trainer was excellent but the support services did not meet his high level, i.e. an email sent with a query after the training has not been responded to.
I was originally booked onto the July session, I was asked if I wanted to move to the June and I said yes. I allowed up nearer the time only to be told it was cancelled. I requested to move back onto the July, but was advised this was actually replaced by the June course, which did not happen, so exceptionally confused. I attended the September one and the course was ok, not sure if too much content or I simply have a preferred learning style so I get quiet moments to review and work out, which I believe we did not do enough. I failed the exam and although I am happy to be working with the method, I would like to pass the exam and was wondering where and when I ca n re-sit
