The online component of the PRINCE2 course I did was well put together. I passed first time, which was my objective.
Karen was an amazing instructor who taught the knowledge of the PRINCE2 course in an understanding manner, which gave the material better context. This made it easier to learn and understand the information

initial signup for tests using provided links did not work. Had to go through staff to get it booked.
Some mix ups with registrations. I had another person's registration letter in my package. I rang them and they took it on board.
Another staff member in Victoria had to chase their package and confirm their registration, even though the invoice/receipt clearly had their name on it.
Faciliator was great. She was very helpful and helped the class learn the material and properly prepare for both exams.

Andy West was a very structured, friendly and knowledgeable instructor. He reinforced the key leanings and made what seemed a daunting task achievable. The facilities were good and the over experience excellent.
I've had training with another organisation before (not PRINCE2) but something of similar stature in another industry, and I can say that this was much better laid out.
I felt the training was delivered very professionally, and at a level that was very well suited for our group.
