Overall good material but poor that there is no phone or iPad support unless you ask for it. And then it's video only and not interactive.

Good comms and the course was well organised
The online training was good and comprehensive especially the foundation. i think the practitioner could have been a bit more detailed. The practice questions for both parts seemed easier online than for the real thing which i think should be updated to be fair.
Excellent trainer (Dennis) made a dry subject learnable.
Registration between ILX group, and People Cert was repetitious and the pre-requisites were not explicitly clear, which resulted in a slight delay in obtaining my results.
That being said the Customer Services team responded extremely quickly to my queries and the delays were minimal
