Things worked very effeciently

Have given a good rating as there was a delay in getting the course materials to me and I recieved these only the day before the course which gave me no time to do any preparatory work
I found the people and support excellent
The only negative thing was that the pre course material wasn't sent out by post - it was sent via e-mail and would have meant printing out 50 pages of material. However I did receive a copy via post after phoning ILX. Having attended the Foundation course previously (where all material was posted a couple of weeks before the course) I thought it was strange not to do the same for the Practitioner. Otherwise everything else was good as alway.
Excellent study tools & communication regarding course
Steve Boronski is an excellent tutor and it's largely down to him that I passed.
The contact I had prior to attending the workshop was superb. Efficient, professional, friendly, and timely. I found the materials you sent through useful (some more so than others) and, with hindsight, I am aware that they were sufficient and approrpiate.
