Very good pre-sales support. Logistics around the delivery of the training material poor (UPS). I sent a number of questions to the support email address stated in the training guide and did not reply a reply despite follow up - very disappointing.
I already completed a satisfaction survey at the end of the course so this further satisfaction review is a little confusing
I have taken 3 separate exams through ILX Group and all three occassions there has been a delay in sending out the material. For the Management of Risk exams I did not receive the material until a week before the exams!
Great service and help from all parties
I had good experience, but it was very disturbing to have heard the other candidates experiences. There is most definitely opportunity to fine tune the South African side of the business; including the facility. I am glad I chose to do PRINCE2 with the ILX Group.
Overall fine. Still awaiting feedback on my results and no follow-up after exam which was disappointing.

The subject matter knowledge of the course instructor was outstanding.
Coming from a military background and using resettlement funding, I found the efforts and perseverance of the administration staff reassuring, under extremely compressed time lines.
Andy West was my tutor for the week, and in my opinion I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. His knowledge of how the qualification is applied to projects was invaluable! Extremely grateful for his help and assistance over the course of the week.
I also thought the learning centre and facilities were brilliant! Very well run.
The training provided was of a very high standard. The information and facilities were great.

easy to deal with; had what i needed; i had to swap dates and this was done easily
I did only receive my Course material a week before the course started, which was a bit short notice.
The communication and service, or rather lack there of, from ILX is shockingly bad.
I did not receive a handout upon arrival because ILX sent 1 too few. When the owner of the guest house sent an email to alert ILX of this, the response was that there should be one because the lady that sent it counted them herself. No mention or suggestion of how to rectify the issue. Luckily the lecturer had a spare one at home which he was able to give me the following day. This resulted in me having difficulty following the slides that were being presented as the presentation was based on the handout. The cost of the Prince2 course through ILX is substantially higher than that of certain competetors but sadly is definitely not justified.
