The advisor I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped me select the most appropriate method for learning. She also ensured that all my documentation arrived promptly even after being sent the wrong package in error. All questions were answered very quickly.
Yes I was impressed with the way the course was delivered though the learning material provided could have been more varied in its content.

Always managed to get dates I wanted and there was not any fuss when I needed to change course dates. Venue and lunch provided was really nice.

Good, ideally would have liked to know where the venue was sooner to enable cheaper hotel room booking. Also in a phone conversation i was told that the exam would be on the Friday morning by Anneka i believe, which meant i had committed to a work event in Bath on the Friday evening (5pm) but as the exam was not until 2pm i therefore missed a large proportion of the event. This aside, the disc, resources were very good.

External training course for PRINCE2 Practitioner was invaluable and well run. The venue at Maple House in Birmingham was very good, especially the facilities.
Food provided not great, all other facilities were really good.
The training was well judged and well delivered.
They were good up until the point I couldn't access my certificate, have emailed them with no response.
The materials were very useful, the training was well organised and the results sent out very quickly after the exam.
