Initial sales guy, Tom, was great. The course materials were pretty good, not as good as the Cisco material but did the job well. The course was fantastic, Peter was an excellent, outstanding instructor.

I would have given a higher score, but given I received no notification of an address change and missed the introductions and the first hour of the course. Scrambling around central London lugging a heavy suitcase is no fun.
The tutor was very good - explained points well and was prepared to answer any questions.
The e-learning was o.k. The excercises didn't reflect the exam style closely - however, it was close enough to develop the technique. What was missing was the exhaution factor of doing the exam at the end of two intense days.
The presenter demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the subject and used good practical examples to relate it directly to my company.

After three days of the same lunch it got a bit monotonous.
The support provided by ILX group was exceptional. I was provided with a temporary license for the preparation of exam when the the license expired. The trainer was very enthusiastic as well, engaged the class at all times.
