Straight forward and easy to follow
Good communication before the event and quick responses to questions
Good product
Polite and responsive staff, well organized processes.
Generally speaking the servie and the materials etc were good. There were some difficulties around getting information about the actual workshop (venue, times etc) as it transpired that the letter re this was sent to a completely different address - not my home address which I provided, and i've not been able to access my elecronic certificate. However Lauren Tudor has been very helpful throughout by replying to my queries very promptly and signposting me to other info / colleagues to help me.
My only comment and reason for not giving 'Excellent' was because it was difficult to speak to someone on the phone pre-course to find oput when the course materials would arrived, apparently there was only one person who could do this. This person never seemed to be in and when i left a message my call was not returned
Trainer was exceptionally good.
Overall good- the online stuff was a bit dry or it maybe that I prefer actual face to face rather than online content.- not sure. I passed so that is the main thing
Difficult to get an Excellent for this it was as expected, efficient and met requirements.
very supportive on the training
Generally good - there was a mix up by ILX of the location of my training - I was booked for London instead of Bristol, and also the food in the hotel was really unhealthy which was a shame.
Very professional and quick response to our queries
All very weel organised. There was an admin error but it quickly corrected
Great tutor with so much experience
No comment
Dennis was a great tutor, interactive with lots of real life examples
Course was re-scheduled several times meaning a 3-4 month delay
Deliverd in comfortable premises at a good pace, with knowlegable instruction.
The training and course subject matter were excellent. Just one point though....the time for the Practitioner course was too short for 16 people. Not enough time available for questions and the course material itself. The trainer kept telling us that he was running out of time and could answer all of your questions. In future, I suggest that you keep the numbers to 12 maximum; 10 would be ideal - or run the course for additional half a day.

Andrew Boden
On the whole good. I was concerned that I had not been informed of the change of venue for my exam and workshop. This was poor communication on ILX's part.
