Excellent service.

As above!

I was hoping for more practical tasks to prepare for the exam. Two example tests available on Prince platform(s) were taken apart during the course and I was hoping to get more mock exams and new ones at that. The lector was mostly following the book and I ahd a feeling, that I could have just read it, instead of doing the course. On the bright side, the lector was very knowledgeable and was providing good insights. On the other hand, he was sometimes distracted and spent time talking about random topics. Which was excessive, given the overall course length and amounts of info. But the worst part by far was the chaos with different systems students had to use to prepare for he exam. From what I understand PRINCE is moving from one platform to another, so I had to register into both. And both of them had a slightly different set of manuals available for review and atop of this, our lector had yet another version of a manual (which he could not share, due to copyright?) - so in the end it became hella confusing. The UI of the systems did not help either - too much clicking, too many adds and useless sections. The last manual also had sections dedicated for the practitioner exam - I thought, that this should be part of a different set of prepping materials? This only added to the confusion, as I had to ignore parts of the manual during the prep. Overall: I passed the exam, so I hope the course helped with that. But I was unpleasantly surprised by the way materials and the system transition was handled. Was hoping for a better change management and organisation *wink-wink.

The portal was easy to buy, install and use. I did find the Agent a little slow compared to my tools at work, this is probably more to do with connection.

Did a very good job on accessibility requirements and selected an amazing instructor. Course materials not of good quality with numerous mistakes which was disappointing

I was told afterwards that I should have known that I could use the material only one year. But there was no way I should have seen that.
