good communication prior to the course. very good course tutor (Jenny).
The training course it's self was brilliant and in particular the trainer Bill Smith was excellent.
However the admin process of booking the course and receiving the invoice and pre course material was not so great. Both my first and last name were wrong on the invoice and it took at least 3 emails to get this corrected. Then when the final VAT invoice was sent it was still in the wrong name and subsequently send to the wrong email address as my name was wrong. I had to yet again contact you to get this correct. Also I had to chase the pre course work to be sent to me as it was only going to arrive 14 days before the course which was not sufficient time when I had working and personal commitments during those 14 days.
I found the course was well organised. Venue was nice and conveniently located. Refreshments were good. The tutor was exceptionally good.

Appreciate trainer has significant experience but he need to realise that participants are not aware anything about PRINCE2, the way trainer was presented even experienced people can't catch up with him (which not only me, checked with oher participants on the way back to train station all are agreed with me). Moreover he is not delivering full word of the word which he is delivering.
Conclusion: Trainer has too much experience, too fast in his english but he need to realise participants comes from diffrent areas with different set of skills.

A great product. I really enjoyed using the CD and found the organisation very responsive and helpful when I had queries.
I felt the trainer and structure were well above average and made a challenging course enjoyable.
I was under the assumption that ILX Group managed everything, including booking the exams that I purchased as part of a package. There was confusion with ILX Group whether I had even purchased the exams when trying to book them causing delay and undue stress. Then to top it all, they decide to invoice my company for more money because of this lack of understanding.
There was no 3rd paper for the Prince2 practitioner exam which I had to google to find.
I thought the whole course was extremely well put together, both online and workshop. I have had good responses from the company when I have had queries and would recommend to others.

course materials arrived promptly, the tutor had great experience and applied his learnings as case studies. He knew the material back to front and inside out which was a huge help
My experience was all that I expected. Good, timely communication. Excellent materials and an excellent course tutor.
