ace web course - super helpful and easy to use
Always assuming that I have passed the exam (result pending). If I haven't then my grading for IXL will, naturally, drop. However, I'm confident that I was prepared for th exam well and am very happy with the tutor's clarity and focus on important aspects of the methodology.

ILX provided excellent couse and facilities
Trainer was really positive and supportive. It was delivered in a very professional but fun manner. Ususally you attend these kind of courses and the training is delivered very flat but this was very motivational it i fellt good going in to the exam.
My experience with ILX has been very good. Clear email communication and generally all round good experience when visiting Nantwich offices for exams and course. I would use them again.
When first booked the Course I choose Bracknell as location but when I received the welcome pack and course details, I had been booked for London The Strand. I then called ILX and had the chance to attend the Bracknell venue instead.
My PRINCE2 book with instructions and Test Practice arrived only 1 week before the course, where the welcome pack recommends introduction learning at home at least 2 weeks in advance!
An excellent course, well administered, would recommend ILX to everyone.

I found the course I studied well designed and easy to use and found the exam simulators really helpful.

had no problems, everything was sent out in good time and was easy to understand
The training was delivered well and the instructors were excellent, but I was disappointed that the course focused more on theory than practical applications and examples
ILX group was very professional, although at the time of booking my course - my employer - there was a little problem I was quoted double the price that the course actually cost. (I have only taken the foundation part of the course, not the practicioner one.)
I have taken my exam in a different time on 30th January, becasue I felt I needed more time to be able to pass the exam on the 8th January 2014. I received professional help from customer service staff Anneka Griffing and Cheryl, who covered her duties at the time of my exam booking.
They were both very helpful and accommodating and promptly replied to my emails.
The experience when i was there was good however i was very dissapointed to have been told that i was supposed to read and prepare with the book before as i did not receive the book and this highly impacted my score and my ability to understnad hte course and prior to me starting i did ask if i had to prepare anything.
Facilitator Steve Beronski was excellent in his course knowledge and delivery.
