PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®.
PRINCE2 Agile has been created for those organizations and individuals who use PRINCE2, but recognise the benefits of applying agile methods. It provides guidance on how to practically apply both PRINCE2 and agile, reducing conflict and implementing effectively, allowing you to benefit from the best of both worlds.

- Please note you will require a copy of the official PRINCE2 Agile manual for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course and exam. This is not included in the purchase price. Should you wish to purchase the manual you can add it to your shopping cart once you have selected your chosen date.
- There is some mandatory pre-course reading and online learning that must be undertaken prior to attending this course. Please ensure you allow time to complete this in full prior to your attendance , It is expected that it will take approximately eight to ten hours to complete. By the end of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course you should:

The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile qualification is to confirm you are capable of tailoring your knowledge of the PRINCE2 method -- principles, themes, and processes -- to projects in an agile context. Agile practices provide scalability and the ability to work with corporate management processes. This course allows you to blend the best aspects of both methodologies to provide greater flexibility plus improved communication and product delivery in project environments. The candidate must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification prior to taking the PRINCE2 Agile examination.
