Great course, but bad communication beforehand (I was enrolled not understanding that I needed to have the Practitioner qualification to take this course's exam).
Used a great venue and a very experienced teacher. Delivery of course materials went to the wrong location but i still managed to get them pre-course.

I was a late replacement for a colleague who had to drop out, ILX were very accommodating and enabled me to sit the foundation and practitioner over 2 separate weeks at short notice. Very easy to deal with.
However several exam questions were designed specifically to trick. I don't see the value in this. If the knowledge is there, the correct answer will be chosen. The deliberate attempts to confuse are not necessary.
