I was happy with ILX Group, however would ask that the 14-day notification period for cancellations is revised. Often we work to shifting deadlines and it's not possible to advise within a 14-day period. Losing money as a result is obviously not ideal and a credit for use at a later date would be appreciated.

I feel that the practitioner preperation was not enough time or material to confidently sit the practitioner exam. All of the context in the exam hadn't been covered in the day and a half preperation. I agree, the information was in the text book, but not all of the text book was covered in the day and a half preperation. There simply wasnt enough time allocated by ILX for the preparation. Myself and another work colleague have attended the course and we had the same feedback. I honestly felt that the practitioner exam had too many questions and the way the questions were worded required either more time to answer them, or less questions in the exam. I have also spoken other people who have attended Prince2 Practitioner courses and they were provided with role plays to assist with their learning. Our class did not receive this training, we were given old exams and spent our course time answering these questions to prepare for our practitioner exam. I was not happy with the practitioner course or the exam and am upset that I failed by 1 mark and have to re sit the exam. I feel like ILX will be making additional money from me when I know it wasn't all my fault I did not pass the exam. I have sat many exams in my life, I have 3 diplomas in Management and never failed any of those exams. I feel the questions asked were designed to make people fail the exam as the content was not covered in the course, you had to dig through your text book to find it. Then you had to work out if it was a "trick" question, all in a short period of time.

Good. Delivery was excellent. I have only done the foundation element at this stage. It was extremely intensive. Why isn't a one day per week option available? Would have been nice to absorb over time. Food over the days was boring - too much of the same. Luckily didn't do the 5 day program.

The person who taught the course was excellent, he used everyday experience to explain things very clearly. He was excellent.

Where do I start? The lecturer turned up after most of the students. The hotel was told only 45 minutes before the course started that there would be be five extra students meaning that they had to scramble to make room for seats (after a number of students were already seated) and extra catering. I manage suppliers for a living and to treat a supplier like that is appalling. The lecturer had not familiarised herself with the equipment before the course started and spent most of the morning complaining and blaming the hotel (not their fault).

The teacher Richard was excellent. My only regret is, that I could only afford to do Foundations as I paid for this personally.
