This combined course begins at Foundation, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of PRINCE2 Agile. Exploring key agile values, behaviours and terminology, and concepts within the PRINCE2 methodology.

As the course progresses, you’ll move onto the more advanced content of Practitioner. Focusing on the application of these principles in real-world project scenarios. Discover how to tailor your knowledge and lead agile teams with confidence.

This is an intensive five-day course, conducted in a live virtual training environment.

Digital ILX course materials: These will be accessible via the ILX portal. Full instructions with a link to the portal will be issued within 48 hours of your confirmed booking.The course materials will be provided in a PDF format and available for download. You will need to download and save the materials to your device, so that you can annotate them during the training course.

Digital official manual: You will be sent an email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to access the digital version of your manual. Please note: There is a 5-year limitation in accessing your digital eBook.

Hardcopy official manual: If you decide to purchase the hardcopy official manual as an optional extra your manual will be shipped to your chosen address within 48 hours of purchase.

Hardcopy process map: If you decide to purchase the hardcopy process map as an optional extra it will be shipped to your chosen address within 48 hours of purchase.

Exam information

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement to register on the PeopleCert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exams at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exams. Recertification: This certification requires renewal within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, find out more about the options on the PeopleCert website.

Exam format

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:

60 minutes
Multiple-choice
40 questions, each worth one mark
60% pass mark (24/40)
Closed book

The format of the Practitioner exam is as follows:

150 minutes
Multiple-choice
50 questions, each worth one mark
60% pass mark (30/50)
Open book (official PRINCE2 Agile manual only)

Pre-requisites

There are no formal prerequisites to take the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 2) exam, but you must have passed your Foundation exam before sitting the Practitioner.
