Are our courses accredited?

Yes, all of our PRINCE2.com courses are accredited by PeopleCert, a globally trusted examining body. 

How can I pay for my training?

We offer a range of flexible payment methods to make investing in your professional development easy. These include:

Can I study in another language?

Yes, in addition to English, the majority of our courses are also available in German and Dutch. Please be aware this may not be applicable for all courses or study options. If you’d like to find out more about our available translated courses, please get in touch.

Accessing your learning and course materials

To help you get the most from your training, here’s a guide on how to access your course materials and supporting resources – whether you’re studying online or in the classroom. 

How do I log in to the eLearning portal?

After your purchase, we’ll send your login details to the eLearning portal via email. Once you’ve logged in, you can start learning straight away. We recommend using a laptop or tablet, mobile phones aren’t supported due to screen size limitations. 

I’ve opted for a live virtual classroom course, how do I access the accompanying digital course materials?

Two weeks before your course begins, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a link to our portal. From here, you’ll be able to download your course materials in PDF format, ready for use during your sessions. This is also where you’ll find any required pre-course work that must be completed ahead of your training.  

How do I access my digital manual?

If your course includes a digital manual, you’ll receive access through the PeopleCert portal. Within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive an email directly from PeopleCert with registration instructions. Once you’ve registered, your manual will be available to access online for up to five years.

When will my hard copy manual and process map arrive?

If you’ve chosen to purchase a hard copy of the manual or process map, this will be dispatched to your address around two weeks before your classroom or live virtual classroom course starts. For eLearning courses, it is usually shipped within 48 hours of purchase.  

What should I do if I lose access to my portal login?

If you lose access to your portal login, don’t worry, we’re here to help. Simply contact our customer service team by email or phone, and they will resolve this issue for you. Please try to have your order number or purchase email address ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.  

Time to book your exam

When you’re ready to take your exam, we’ll help make the process simple and stress-free. From registering with PeopleCert to understanding the setup requirements, everything you need to know is clearly outlined below. 

How do I schedule my exam?

Once you’ve purchased your course, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours inviting you to register on the PeopleCert portal. After registering and redeeming your exam voucher, you’ll be able to choose a convenient date and time to sit your exam.

Please note: For open book exams, only the official hardcopy or VitalSource eBook versions of the manual are permitted. If you’re using a digital manual, it must be accessed on a different device from the one you’re using for the exam.  

Do I have to take the exam in-person, or can it be done online?

All exams are taken online and remotely supervised. You can take them from any quiet location, as long as your setup meets the technical requirements.

What equipment or setup do I need for the exam?

Before the exam day, it’s important to check that your computer and internet connection meet the criteria set by the examining body. Read the full list of technical requirements

How far in advance can I book my exam?

You can book your exam as soon as you’ve registered with PeopleCert. However, we would recommend waiting until you feel prepared to take the exam within the near future. 

Can I request extra time or special accommodations?

Yes, you can. If you require extra time or special accommodations for your exam you will need to request this directly through PeopleCert when you register. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation, so it’s best to make any requests as early as possible to avoid delays. If you need help with the process, our customer service team is here to support you. 

Need to make a change to your course or exam

We know that plans change. Whether you need to move your course, rearrange your exam, or request a re-sit, we’re here to support you through the process. 

Can I move or cancel my course date?

To request a course change or cancellation, contact our team at contactus@ilxgroup.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, changes depend on availability and how close it is to your course start date. Please note that changes may incur a fee. 

Can I reschedule or cancel my exam?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your exam using the PeopleCert portal until up to 48 hours before your exam, past this timeframe you will be charged a fee to change the date or time of your exam. 

What if I don’t pass my exam?

If you need to re-sit your exam, email exambookings@ilxgroup.com for pricing and booking details. All re-sits are taken online and must be scheduled within two months of purchase.  

If you selected Take2 when buying your course, you can re-sit your exam once at no additional cost.  

How do I receive my certification once I’ve passed?

Your official certificate will typically be emailed to you by PeopleCert within three weeks of completing your exam. However, during peak times, this may take up to six weeks.
