Excellent - one issue however was that our PRINCE2 trainer changed half way through the penultimate day which wasn't great, it made the class feel quite nervous which wasn't ideal given we have the practitioner exam the following day. Other than that, it was a really valuable and enjoyable experience that I will recommend to others looking to develop PM skills.

Overall the course was good however after day 1 things started to steer away from the course material and involved more delegate stories. This was frustrating especially leading up to the exams as I was keen to get as much information out of the instructor as possible.

Tried to pay you but you wouldn't take the PO off me so I couldn't pay you so had to cancel the course.

Terrible booking process that had to be chased at each stage

Excellent customer service, very helpful throughout both the pre-course and post-course periods.

Interesting and useful course; decent venue (ILX Nantwich); Excellent course tutor. Will be doing other courses at ILX Nantwich.

This course is quite demanding in one week but we covered all areas in that time and I felt that this prepared me well for the exams. My only negative is that I did not receive the study book prior to the course and I felt at a bit of a disadvantage to others who had received it. Your tutors are very knowledgeable in the subject and managed the time very well. It met all of my objectives. Venue and food were excellent too.

I was very disappointed with the trainer. His teaching ability was severely lacking. He was rude and made me feel very unwelcome. He told me I would not pass the exam in front of the whole class. I really didn't find his examples useful and when I asked further questions he told me he would not answer them. He also called my workplace and said my questions were distracting. I really wanted to learn this and find questions a good way to do this. At least three of the five participants questioned him quite hard to try and seek the clarity that was missing. He contradicted himself regularly and did not seem to fully know the topic. I was told by him that I needed to do agile before coming to the course and I had not. This was not clear to me and if it is the case then this should be stated at the outset. The instructor wasted a lot of time talking about his personal businesses and experience unrelated to the topic but more showing off who he has worked with. The course material needs reviewed now that it has opened up to letting people do it who have not done agile etc.

Overall the Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner Course was very good. The Trainer for both was great and his enthusiasm contributed to my understanding of a very complex subject. I do believe that ILX need to improve the Pre-work. It was not clear what need to be completed and was unnecessarily complicated.

Course and trainer were great. But I didn't receive my handbook until the first day of the course, so that wasn't great.

I thought the instructor did his best to help the group. He was serious when he needed to be and always willing to clarify and go over certain points. Always done so in a very engaging manner. His jokes were so bad that we ended up laughing at him. He was a good sport and would highly recommend him for future courses

Theres was no agenda, little structure as far as I could tell, and not enough time to review and practice what you had learned. The practice questions were also substantially different in complexity (easier) than the real exam

Good organisation, slickly run, good course tutor and, best of all, I passed.

The classroom sessions were top class. The tutor was very knowledgeable, engaging and always happy to listen and recap anything the group (or individual members) were unsure of. The group size was 10 people, all from varying degrees of experience, but all came together and progressed as a team.

Overall an informative and helpful course. It provides the underlying principles of management, which are applicable to any project, certainly a worthwhile thing to undertake. A particular shout-out for the instructor Karen Swanston, clearly very knowledgeable of the course, very professional and managed to explain everything with clarity. However, instead of focussing on the core principles, the material itself is very formulaic. The course can be pedantic and get caught up in intricacies that in reality make little/no difference. This was especially the case in the structuring of the exam questions, which seemed intentionally misleading; they seemed more geared towards testing the interpretation skills of the questions themselves rather than testing the understanding of project management.

Easy to identify a suitable course and then book. Good communications after purchase.

The Prince2 course was taught in a very strange way - there were almost no practical application examples, far too many group activities that I found more confusing than helpful and I've come away with a head full of terms that don't seem to have any applicability.

Much pre-work to do and whilst the information was available it could have been slightly better scheduled, in terms of clearly stating which order it needed to be done in. This is not a criticism just an observation. For the course itself, very professional & the trainer was very knowledgeable & delivered the course excellently.

Only average, struggled with the trainer at bit. Asked questions on the home work questions and he didn't really know the answer. Know its a new course but made it difficult to learn. Also found he trained to train which I enjoyed but when I did Prince 2 previously they trained to pass the exam and spent time focusing on the example questions which are hard to get your head around. Would have been nice to do more of this. I also found Peoplecert very difficult to deal with and would not want to have to deal with them again. Extremely unhelpful.
