Great venue and really enjoyed the Presenter. I learned a lot - good pace with good examples.
I found the course very disappointing! The content was difficult, which isn't a problem I expected that, but the trainer did not explain it well at all. The stories he told were not relevant to the material. A lot of time was wasted on irrelevant stories. When questioned on the material he would give a very brief answer, which often did not answer the question and did not appreciate it when I tried to delve deeper for more information. He got annoyed when questioned on contradicting areas to try and seek some clarification. A lot of the material taught and discussed was not relevant to what was in the exam. Overall I was disappointed and would not be recommending this course.
Awful service, currently awaiting a response to the written complaint I made. Course materials for the Practitioner course were unavailable in time for the course and were emailed to us along with the past papers fifteen minutes after the Practitioner exam had finished. Will be looking to start small claims action should I not receive an adequate reply.
The trainer and course structure were both easy to follow and the pre-course material extremely helpful.
I bought a package that consisted of online foundation training followed by classroom training for practitioner.
I found the online training to be good and it did allow me to pass the foundation test but it wasn't as comprehensive as the in-class lesson.
For the in-class practitioner lessons, the instructor was great and I felt confident going into the exam.
Poor pre-course organisation, with the pre-work needing to be chased up and not being overly clear on what was required.
The course tutor was good.
However, I was informed that I would get an indicative pass/fail during the evening of the day I took the exam, but that didn't materialise. Then I chased when I would get the result, and that then arrived a day later then I was informed.
Ultimately I passed though, which is good!
Good venue, and good instuctor some more detail even an example of the practioner exams would be excellent pre the course. Also access to the elctronic content pre course would see a much quicker uptake and better exam results from all

The process of ordering the course was very simple and straight forward. The directions to the location was helpful because it is not in a very obvious location.
The course itself was good even though it was mainly reviewing what had already been covered on the Foundation course and then going through Practice questions.
It would have been good if the course had some Practice Projects rather than just the scenarios in the questions so that we could apply the documents etc. to our day to day jobs.
Very interactive course, really enjoyable.

Excellent tutor
It was well compressed and the essentials of Prince2 were covered. For anyone who wants to get a good introduction as well as 2 certifications at the end 5 days - this course is definitely worth it

The trainer, Geoff Crooks, was excellent. Course content was fine, there was a lot to get through in 3 days. The manual could have been sent went the course was purchased.
