Andy was extremely knowledgeable and brought in real life examples for easier understanding of the course work examples.
Trainer was excellent, I was a re-sit so only had a short while with the group but felt very welcome.
Course was well organised and well run. Karen was good at keeping the room engaged and interested. Overall a very good course.
