Efficient, effective and organised company
It was a very easy process to book the course and the information provided was more than adequate.
I booked the course, because it said (also in the course joining instructions) it would be an official APMG certificate. Actually, I wouldn't have chosen ILX if I would have known its not APMG certified.

Need to work with the venue better to provide healthy snacks for training participants not just bowls of lollies for 3 days straight. Training is VERY intensive and everything possible should be done to support the participants.
