Easy too book, turn up and do the course with food provided. No issues
Trainer was very informed and able to answer all questions put to her without having to refer to the manual at all times.
I can't complain everything was organised to a relatively good standard.

I had a very small group which meant there was not much discussion and the whole thing seemed aimed at passing the exam rather than learning the detail of PRINCE 2 and how to apply it.

My first workshop was cancelled. I was re-booked on to another workshop and received a confusing set of emails providing conflicting dates for my exams (both foundation and practitioner). Whilst at work I had to contact both ILX who told me one story, and then was put onto People Cert who provided me with differing information. On reverting back to ILX, they realised their mistake and I had to change my exam times again because the confusion happened only a few days before I was scheduled to take the foundation exam, but I had to instead spend my evenings trying to determine when I was actually booked to take my exam. The relationship between PeopleCert and ILX was very confusing and should have been better explained at the start of the booking process.
The pre-course documentation needs to be reviewed and updated - it mentioned that ILX could assist with accommodation, so I called about this seen as though the course was at a hotel (I thought maybe they would have some sort of discount available on rooms), but then I was told they didn't deal with this and I would need to speak to the hotel directly or sort out my own accommodation.

Sent all the information and were helpful. I was less impressed by peoplecert, who did not communicate what information they required and when I did send it through managed to misplace it, but not tell me which delayed me getting my results
I have found ILX excellent in delivering the training required and as stated.
Excellent service in all areas.
