Very clear and focused
Didn't send all books on time for pre study, didn't send enough materials during the course. poor interaction over email
i went to book my exam and there were none before the expiry of my course. the customer service team arranged for me to have it extended for a week or so, so i could go tot the course
I appreciated the timely communication of directions of the course location and the receipt of materials via post. The facilities of the course location well exceeded my expectations and we were well looked after by Saxons.

Our trainer, Brendan was fantastic. Not only did he know the course thoroughly, he was a great communicator and always gave ‘real world' examples. Also, we had quite a variety of people and personalities in our group, but he always kept respectful control of the group.
The course in which I enrolled met my needs
I wasn't sent the details of my booking until I called a couple of days before the workshop and it seemed that I hadn't been booked on even though I had a confirmation of payment and the date. The lady I spoke to however was very helpful and immediately sorted the situation out.

Admin mistake by ILX meant that I didn't receive course materials until just 3 days before the course however they did assist with access to online resources.
Course communications were of a high level.
Excellent attention in pre-sale, but lack in the logistic process (material sent with delay, no readiness in problem solving linked with the delivery)

The course was very well organised, the venue and facilities were excellent.
The course facilitator, knew her stuff and was very was approachable.
Brilliant (yet intensive) course, the trainer was amazing and knowledgeable...i would recommend (and I have reccommended) to my colleagues that they attend this course. Especially if Jennifer is there.

The administration around the booking for the day was poor. Similarly for getting my results. I didn't get them until November.
Jenny was extremely helpful and easy to understand. Its not her fault that the course is a lot of jargon!
