good presenter
Almost everyone in the group mentioned that they weren't project managers and were only on the course to gain a better knowledge of what their team members (whe WERE Proj Mgrs) were dealing with, and how to better help them. The presenter recognised this in the first half of the day and altered the words she used to reflect that, but in the second half of the day she spoke to us and referred to us as proj mgrs. That put me off a little.
The impression of ILX Group is the impression projected by your presenter and the rating provided reflects only that level.

The e-learning tools were very good. I was hoping the course would have been more practical and included time to discuss how to apply Prince2 in the real world rather than simply preparation for the exam.
