PRINCE2 is a popular project management method. It provides structure, defines roles, and outlines processes for effective project management. Our PRINCE2 Foundation virtual course introduces you to PRINCE2, and helps prepare you for the Foundation examination, which assesses whether you can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method. This course conforms to the PRINCE2 7th Edition syllabus.

What is virtual classroom training?

Virtual instructor-led training combines the personal teaching experience of a classroom, with the ease and flexibility of a virtual environment. Our virtual courses are interactive and engaging, allowing participants to communicate with both the instructor and each other in a collaborative manner.

This is an intensive three-day course that prepares you for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination. The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy the technical requirements that can be found on our website here.

This is an intensive three-day virtual course, that includes the following:

  • The official PRINCE2 manual (digital)

  • The cost of the PRINCE2 Foundation examination (valid for 12 months from purchase date. Exam must be taken online via remote proctor)

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation approximately two working days prior to course commencement to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam. Recertification: This certification has a renew within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

  • 60% pass mark (36/60)

  • Other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including:

Delegates should have an understanding of project management but knowledge of PRINCE2 is not required.

Important note regarding pre-course

There is mandatory online pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course. It is expected that it will take approximately two to three hours to complete. You will be sent full instructions with a link to the online pre course within 48 hours of your confirmed booking.

In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
