The classroom based training experience was really great!! The hospitality and overall support were appreciable.
Good Location, good tuition. However, the course that I originally booked on was cancelled and re-arranged, and it appeared as though the information on the first booking was not transferred to the second. The pre-course documentation did not turn up until the Thursday before the course began, even though it stated I should have had this material at least 2 weeks before the course to allow sufficient time for study.
Communication from initially signing up to the course was great. Very informative.
Preparation for the exams was excellent, ensuring a high likelihood of passing and passing well. I would have liked to have seen more discussion about how to implement into day to day work, which would have potentially helped actualise the learnings some more. I do however appreciate that his may not have been practical given the disparate nature of attendees which may have impacted on this exercise.

I never received any emails regarding my course - no details on where to go for the course, no email to register for the exam with PeopleCert, etc. Multiple calls and emails to the service team to try an fix this but no luck.
The people at ILX were very helpful, especially Debra Groom.
She would always follow up with any of my queries fairly quickly and was a delight to talk to.

I felt some of the students were not responsive to learning new things and the presenter came across as aggressive and rude to people asking questions at times. Having said that, it was thoroughly presented and worth while. Thanks
I only undertook the practitioner course as I had completed the foundation 18 months ago. In the practitioner course, I feel I was taught to pass the exam rather than developing any deeper knowledge of PRINCE2 project management.
Yes i would recommend them again. They were very understanding of my situation and ready to answer any questions i had.
Excellent Venue. Structured approach to course. Lecturer was fantastic. Very happy with outcome over the 5 days.
The only negative comment I have is about the joining instructions and pre course work - I had not received these and on Thursday prior to the course starting on Monday, I phoned to enquire. At that point the person I was speaking to asked me about whether I had received the pre course work, which I was unaware of. I then received an email with both, but as I was attending a wedding on Saturday that meant I had to spend the whole of Sunday studying the pre course work which I was not impressed by! Also having attended the course it became clear from some of my colleagues on the course that some of them had started studying 6 weeks earlier and they felt that had benefited them. The course itself was very well structured and the lecturer, Victor Fasharo was excellent - very motivational and failure was not an option. He made it enjoyable and broke it down into "simple" language as well as explaining things in an easy understandable way.

the 2 day course provided very targeted and effective preparation for the exam; time was well managed and support given to guide us through exam technique and how to succeed.

The delivery of the course did not apply the Prince2 themes. As a customer, at no point were we asked what our expectations were. There was no focus on quality.
The tutor lacked energy and made no effort to vary delivery or apply good practice in adult learning.
I could continue.
I felt like I was in good hands but not sure it was the best value.
Karen was an excellent teacher - she got us all through the course!
