Comfortable training venue, lunch good.
Good service.
The trainer was excellent. there is lots to learn in a week but if you do your preparation and follow the trainer course and guidance during the week, it becomes manageable.
However, althougth the trainer was good they needed to go on a slower pace.
No issues dealing with the company at all.

there was some confusion on the provision of exam results and who should issue certificates - APMG or ILX
On-line materials to study by yourself are excellent, very easy to use and follow; course manual and other printed resources arrived very quickly once ordered.
Good - although I think a manual is required even at foundation level. I don't think I would have done as well in the final exam if I had not had the opportunity to use the manual. The exam simulator was also very useful.

Confusion over booking the exam in both cases: Only contacted iLx to confirm some info as found starting Practitioner a little confusing - unclear instructions about what work is required before the day sessions. This lead to several confiramtions of what sessions / types of course to be sent through. Very bizarre as rebooking the course was never mentioned.

There is no certificate at the end of the course, which should have been stated prior to signing up for the course.
