Excellent training provided
When I first passed my Prince exam the whole process took 3 or letters between myself and your staff. This time I have over 90 things in my ILX mail folder - 90 ! including the stuff also for the peoplecert website. Last time I passed I was enrolled in some PMO forum for a year - thats no longer done. Your staff are great, the help and support I got from Angela Brockbank, Charlotte Stacey and Alson Harrison was really good. But the whole process really needs a brush up its far too long winded. I also think there should be some opportunity to feedback to OGC regarding what we the proffessionals in the market think of the updated Prince2 - some of which is lacking in clarity, lacking in hierachy.
Absolutely, fantastic organisation from ILX; from registering for the course, follow-on information and guidance, course material, classroom facilities and entertainment. I will definitely contact ILX Nantwich for any other training. The course was welled run, excellent refreshments, the trainer; Mr Andy West did really well. He knew his stuff and knows how to impact knowledge to novice like myself in Project Management. Well done, Andy.
Good communication although the information about events/venues could have been provided more clearly
I had to re-sit my exam due to my originl exam paper going missing. I was not told to register with Peoplecert and therefore believe that this caused the problem.
The process the second time around went very smoothly with no problems.
Very good management and delivery of the classes. The instructor taught us very well and made sure we understood the main concepts of the subject.
Australian staff were helpful.
Having done the foundation and practitioner together in 5 days I would recommend ILX warns future applicants prior to registration. With hindsight I would have done them separately as I was under prepared for how intense a week it was and couldn't commit as much time as necessary outside the classroom.

Materials received in good time and the course was very professionally delivered.
Overall good material but poor that there is no phone or iPad support unless you ask for it. And then it's video only and not interactive.

Chris was excellent and really gave me the confidence to pass the exam . Chris was very understanding in when all the information did not click the first time and helped me personally.
The delivery of the course by Bill Smith was brilliant. Made the content accessible and easy to follow.
The service was very quick and efficient whenever I needed information. I found the multiple platforms (twitter etc...) very valuable.
Would have expected better service each time I rang. On reflection a local provider was offering same course for 50% less.
