To pass the Foundation exam, you will need to demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile project management method.

There are no formal pre-requisites for someone to take the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam.
Prüfungsinformationen
Exams are taken online via remote proctor through an external examiner, and you are responsible for booking your own exam. You will be sent your exam voucher via email once your course has started, so that you can schedule the exam at a time that suits you. Your exam voucher is valid for one year. Recertification: This certification has a renew within three years of the award date to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

Wie groß muss ein Projekt sein, damit PRINCE2 angewandt werden kann?
PRINCE2 kann für unterschiedlichste Projekte genutzt werden, von ganz klein bis sehr groß. Selbst Projekte, die nur wenige Tage dauern, werden durch eine ausgewählte Anwendung von PRINCE2 Richtlinien profitieren. Das Erfolgsgeheimnis von PRINCE2 ist, dass es auf verschiedenste Weise konfiguriert und an alle Projekttypen angepasst werden kann, unabhängig von Branche und Markt.
Welche Qualifikationen bietet PRINCE2 und was lerne ich?
Durch die PRINCE2 Foundation-Qualifikation lernen Sie die PRINCE2 Prinzipien und die Terminologie kennen; nach der Qualifikation sind Sie in der Lage PRINCE2 anzuwenden – als fachkundiges Mitglied eines Teams, das die PRINCE2 Methodik innerhalb einer Projektumgebung nutzt.Durch die PRINCE2 Practitioner-Qualifikation lernen Sie, PRINCE2 bei der Durchführung und dem Management eines Projekts innerhalb einer Umgebung, die PRINCE2 unterstützt, anzuwenden. Nach der Qualifikation sind Sie in der Lage, PRINCE2 entsprechend der Anforderungen und Probleme eines spezifischen Projektszenarios anzuwenden und zu modifizieren. Sie verfügen dann über ein umfassendes Wissen hinsichtlich der Beziehungen zwischen den PRINCE2 Prinzipien, Themen und Prozessen sowie den PRINCE2 Produkten und werden in der Lage sein, diese Elemente verstehen. Die Qualifikation zur PRINCE2 Re-Registration ist für diejenigen konzipiert, die die PRINCE2 Practitioner-Stufe bestanden haben und Ihren Status als Registered Practitioner erlangen möchten. Der PRINCE2® Prüfungsausschuss hat bestimmt, dass sich alle PRINCE2 Practitioner innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Jahren nach ihrer ursprünglichen Zertifizierung neuregistrieren lassen müssen (das Nichtbestehen der Re-Registration-Prüfung nach fünf Kalenderjahren als Registered Practitioner führt zu einer Aberkennung der Registrierung).
PRINCE2 Foundation
Foundation ist die erste der beiden PRINCE2 Prüfungen, die Sie bestehen müssen, um ein zertifizierter PRINCE2 Practitioner zu werden. Auf dieser Stufe wird gemessen, ob ein Kandidat dazu in der Lage wäre, fachkundiges Mitglied eines Teams zu sein, das die PRINCE2 Methode innerhalb einer Projektumgebung nutzt, in der PRINCE2 unterstützt wird.
