Over de cursus

Become a project management expert in just four days with our PRINCE2® 7 Foundation & Practitioner virtual course. The Foundation training will introduce you to the PRINCE2 methodology, and the theory behind it including the principles, processes and practices needed for successful project management. Then in Practitioner, learners will be taught how to apply this knowledge and tailor it to projects in a variety of different industries.

This course consists of five days of lessons, spread over 4-5 weeks.

Exams are taken online via remote proctor, at a date of your choice.

By the end of the Foundation course you will:

Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2
Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
Understand the importance of people insuccessful projects
Understand the PRINCE2 practices and how they are applied throughout the project

By the end of the Practitioner course you will:

Exameninformatie

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will need to register on the Peoplecert portal, and once registered, you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam. For more information about how to take your exam and the technical requirements, please click here.

Recertification: This certification has to be renewed within three years of certification to remain current. There are multiple ways to recertify, more information regarding the options can be found here.

Foundation:
Multiple choice
60 minutes
Closed book
60% pass mark (36/60)

Practitioner:
150 minutes
70 questions, each worth 1 mark
42 questions correct to pass the exam
Open book (The PRINCE2 7 official book, should be used but no other material is allowed)

Basisvoorwaarden

There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Foundation course, but you will need to have passed the Foundation exam before booking your Practitioner exam.
