The venue was alright.
Facilities provided were convenient and appropriate.
From beginning to end the communication pre, during and post training was impressive. The course instructor was extremely knowledgable.
I was particularly impressed with our tutor. I think her name was Jennifer Bishop. Very knowledgeable and she was able to communicate in a way that made the learning more straight forward.

The training and organisation of the course was excellent, Steve Boronski provided a structured and fun way to learn a large topic base in a short time, without having to read the book front to back. Group activities were great and the learning process was therefore smooth.
Our organisation, Bellis-Jones Hill have received the training from Steve and all considered it to be brilliant. We are already lining up other staff members to get involved as we thought it was great.

good content and delivery
The facilitator of the workshop I attended was good but in my opinion he spent to much time on a couple of the attendees work project problems. I am sure he helped them with explaining what they should do back at their workplace but that did not help me. I feel those sorts of conversations should be done out of the workshop time.
All arrangements were easy and went smoothly. I did not have any of my time wasted in follow-ups (not a typical experience with other providers)

Good responsiveness and offering
All pre reading was received with time to read and digest. Everyone before and during were very helpful.
The course was well organised and the trainer was fantastic. The only reason I haven't selected 'excellent' is because my course materials arrived very late for the Foundation course but otherwise, I have no complaints and I have already recommended ILX to a colleague.
Overall I was happy.
